My only complaint was being notified 3 weeks after purchase that there was a computer Jerry Ulm has a large inventory and the dealership is massive. After some back and forth discussions they agree to reduce the vehicle price to cover that difference. More

Sales was absolutely great! Smooth easy and thorough. I’m unhappy with the fact that I was asked to make an insurance claim on a vehicle I just bought the day before to have t Smooth easy and thorough. I’m unhappy with the fact that I was asked to make an insurance claim on a vehicle I just bought the day before to have the cracked windshield fixed. It was badly patched at the time of purchase and opened up the first time I parked it in the sun. There’s a lot of disconnect between sales financing and service. Finance almost sold me the wrong vehicle and ran my credit 6x even though I was preapproved with a check from my personal bank. The service team reminded me why I stopped taking my vehicle to dealerships for servicing. The detailers did a pretty good job on the inside but left some mail and spilt drinks front the previous owner in the back seat. Overall it was okay but far from my best dealer experience. I’m still waiting on my 2nd set of keys but trust they’ll call me eventually for that. If I could go back I would’ve bought the other one I was looking at that the jaguar dealer had. More

This is my second Ram truck purchase with Jerry Ulm, and it went very well AGAIN… I feel like they gave me the best deal possible, and made an extra effort to put me in the truck I actually wanted instead of compromising so I could get a slightly lower cost, which was really helpful because I love my new truck!!
