I was really disappointed in the way they handled my headlight assembly which was full of moisture to the point I had to purchase the entire headlight assembly myself because they said it was to expensi headlight assembly which was full of moisture to the point I had to purchase the entire headlight assembly myself because they said it was to expensive for them to fix before they shipped the car here, I have requested that they at least pay for the installation and that is still up in the air. I was very disappoiinted with the moisture in my front headlight which the dealer knew about and rather than being proffessional and taking care of it they left it for me the customer to have to pay for a headlight which the dealer knew about and rather than being proffessional and taking care of it they left it for me the customer to have to pay for a new headlight assembley and quite possibly the installation of the headlight.Sam was very good at answering all my questions, but as I pointed out earlier leaving the headlight full of moisture seems to be pretty petty for a Mercedes dealer. DJ was incredible and did an amazing job for us, he was truthful from start to finish, he was also very cordial, informative and upfront in my post purchase communications prior to even stepping foot into the facility. He answered all my questions and was very up front and honest on interest rates, programs, no "bait and switch" like other dealerships I recently dealt with. DJ was also very thorough going through the car and gave an excellent tutorial on all the vehicles functions and setting up the vehicle to cater our needs. I would highly recommend asking for DJ should you be going in to look at a car with this dealership. Jim Brown was also incredible in the closing process and assisting with financing, in addition to warranties. We were never pressured or swayed into any additional purchases or warranties we weren't comfortable or sure of. Jim caught an error on my part after closing, which was $100, he did the paperwork all over again to ensure I got the $100 back without my asking, he truly cared for my Wife and I and we are most appreciative for this above and beyond effort! More
