Made an appointment to look at a truck I was interested in. They set me up with text messaging so the communication was seamless. Upon arrival my sales person was waiting. Everyone involved was responsive but relaxing to deal with. My sales person handled the plate transfer while I was signing the electronic forms. The whole process was under 3 hours including the drive and looking at comparable vehicles on the lot. The also kept the payment under what was desired. They knew we traveled 2 hours from Ormond to get there so we were back on the road within the hour. All sales associates always kept me in touch, KUDOS to Ramona thru my 22 months of waiting for my dream car, Sean who is the Corvette Forum Guru, David Johnson, sales rep and Deb in finance.
