David "Bow Tie" Janoyan of Mission Hills Hyundai was fabulous. He and I contacted each other via text and calls, so that when we came in he and we knew exactly what we were getting and what the pric fabulous. He and I contacted each other via text and calls, so that when we came in he and we knew exactly what we were getting and what the price was going to be out the door. He also went the extra mile, actually extra 80 miles, for that was the location of the specific color we were looking for. This all happened within a 24 hour period. He's remarkable and his colleagues Tony and John stepped in to work collaboratively to make it all seamless. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go into Mission Hills Hyundai and ask for Bow Tie David :-) More

Keyes Mission Hills Hyundai team was very nice. Bradley, David, Richard and many others helped us get our new car. This was the second car we purchased at the dealership. Bradley and David were great about answering/ returning calls. Our one concern is that at no timed did we feel like we were getting "personal" attention. We were one of many. It was understandable due to being at a dealership, but a bit off putting. We had to add our mud guards a couple days later. Do not know the nice man that sold us the mudguard. Ian was great and helpful getting us checked in for the installation. However, once checked in, again we felt like one of many not personal. The job got done quick and well. More

Our experience in this dealership was a blessing! David J is an angel & provides a 10 star service to customers. Our problems were his to resolve the best possible. This place has by far the worst customer service. I had scheduled an appointment for a test drive and was already pre-approved through capital one to purchase this car that day if everything went well. I had scheduled the appointment over the phone with MacGregor to meet David at 5:30pm to test drive. Apparently this information wasn’t communicated well enough because David was unprepared and didn’t even know the car was being serviced at a body shop until AFTER I arrived. In the email I got shortly after booking my appointment, it said “if something changes on my end, I'll give you the same courtesy.” I was not given the same courtesy and I wasted 2 hours to get there by bus. On top of that all, David was using scare tactics and telling me that “many people are interested in that car… we have people driving from San Diego to see our cars… our cars are high demand.” Shady jerk. Why is he bringing up other people when I literally have the pre-approval in my hand ready to test drive and buy this car THE SAME DAY. This Dealership as a whole definitely has poor communication between their coworkers because why was this information not relayed to David and why are they all so unprepared for a reservation? David had no remorse and kept saying “we’ll make it up to you” without actually doing anything that was beneficial for us. The entire time I was given willy nilly responses and apologies. He also said that they price all of their cars at a “bare BONE price” and they cannot budge even a dollar for a tint service. After all of this mess they couldn’t even consider the ONE request we had that was reasonable for the time wasted. This man just lies right through his teeth and you can tell. Do NOT trust him. What ever happened to the “make it right” part of customer service with these people? Do better. More

Stay away from Reza. The most disrespectful salesperson I've ever met in my life. I arrived at Mission Hills already knowing which vehicle I wanted. After test driving the car we sat down and the first thing he does is take my drivers license and start copying my information. He requested my email and phone number. I kindly asked if we could first begin speaking about numbers first before I shared my information. He said the lease will be in the $300s. I knew that was clearly wrong as I've gone to several dealerships and it would be in the low 200s. He left in a huff, made us wait 20 minutes (with crappy pop music blasting too) and brought his manager. He told us he will give us a fair deal. Okay great! He left. Waited another 20 minutes. Reza comes back. Says here's the price. Then says, "now can I get your information?" In an extremely condescending tone. I don't know if it's because of my age, because I'm female, because I didn't want to share my information, I don't know. But Reza clearly disliked me. I know that completing a credit report drops my score slightly every time it's completed. I hadn't seen any numbers except for the one time verbal number they had thrown at me. Why would anyone in their right mind complete a credit report there? The manager David tried to help, but it was too late. Reza is a typical pushy car salesman who rather have a sale than actually try to make any effort. More
