Well let's start with Rene and the other staff members supporting him. I went into the dealership just to see the available inventory. He showed me his available Nissans and I was somewhat interested bu supporting him. I went into the dealership just to see the available inventory. He showed me his available Nissans and I was somewhat interested but not so much in the colors. However Rene got me to take a second look at the Pearl Black and it was a beautiful car. After some back and forth the dealership management stepped up and made a very good offer on my trade-in. The dealership was easy to work with and I look forward for them for future service. Austin's attitude concerning any needed future service was awesome. I definitely will return here for future purchases. More

Have owned Nissan products since 1987 & bought several vehicles at Royal and then Landers McLarty. However, last transaction, I agreed to a purchase price, signed documents, but figures were itemized so i vehicles at Royal and then Landers McLarty. However, last transaction, I agreed to a purchase price, signed documents, but figures were itemized so it was impossible to see if the agreed price had been followed. Based on previous experience, I trusted the figures were correct. Picked up the new vehicle but received none of the documents I had signed. Was not able to get documents for about a week. Becasue of a family sickness & death, it was later before I sat down to examine the documents. THEN I discovered I had been overcharged by $300 to $400. Contacted the dealership by letter & got no response. Went to the dealership, they pulled the signed purchase price memo & agreed I had been overcharged. They have twice ignored my request for a copy of the price memo which I signed. LANDERS McLARTY HAS BETRAYED MY TRUST, REFUSED TO MAKE PROPER SETTLEMENT & DESPITE SEVERAL TRANSACTIONS , WILL PROBABLY NOT HAVE ANOTHER NISSAN PRODUCT. Apparently they think they can cheat good customers and hide behind their trumped up Arbitration Clause! Advice, DO NOT EVER sign any atuo contract with an Arbitration Clause,as they can cheat the customer and apparently get away with it. BOTTOM LINE: if you want a Nissan vehicle DO NOT BUY FROM LANDERS McLARTY!!! More

The sales team was very helpful and determined to make sure we got the vehicle we needed. However, we later discovered that they were marking their Nissan vehicle’s up by more than 11% over MSRP. That av sure we got the vehicle we needed. However, we later discovered that they were marking their Nissan vehicle’s up by more than 11% over MSRP. That averages out to be between $5,000 to $6,000 over sticker price, and when questioned about this, their excuse was that there was a shortage of new cars due to a chip shortage, and that all the dealers are doing this. That’s price gouging in my book. These dealerships should be fined for price gouging the same as gas stations are during a crisis. Buyers beware if you don’t agree with this. More
