Rivard Buick GMC is a nice hassle free dealership. If I had a different sales rep I think my experience would’ve been better. If you visit the dealership do not work with David Hurley as your sales re If I had a different sales rep I think my experience would’ve been better. He put a vehicle on hold for me and then sold it, was trying to sell an extended warranty but wasn’t knowledgeable in the product he was selling, when purchasing my vehicle I told him at 9 am that I would be in around 3pm he said the car would be clean and ready to go, the car was not clean because he didn’t leave the keys with it, the purchase process took over three hours with no negotiation it was just him slow moving, he wasn’t attentive on either of the occasions I went to the dealership, and to top it off he lost my financing check from NFCU. So if you go to this dealership just steer clear of David Hurley, who lacks customer service. More
