Born and raised in Oxnard, CA. raised as a Navy kid and traveled around the United States. At 22, he became a police officer in South MS with his brother Russ. In 1996 he moved to Lakeland, FL. opened a mixed martial arts school. After 20 years as a school owner, he retired and began selling cars. He has a wife, Lori, and two daughters, two sons and a Granddaughter. He has been with Rivard Buick GMC since 2019.

Sales Representative David Hurley, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, quick and easy to communicate with, and well organized throughout the entire vehicle purchase. I began communicating wit professional, knowledgeable, quick and easy to communicate with, and well organized throughout the entire vehicle purchase. I began communicating with David approximately 8-10 months ago when inquiring about a vehicle to purchase. During the next few months, I reached out to David multiple times regarding vehicles in stock to which he quickly responded and provided information regarding these vehicles. The one thing I have advised family and friends since this purchase is that I have worked with many dealerships and sales representatives during the past approximately 10 years, and David certainly separated himself and is above all sales representatives I have encountered. I look forward to working with David again in the future in the event I am in the market for a new vehicle, and would certainly recommend him to everyone who is looking to purchase a GMC/Buick vehicle. More

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH DAVE ON A TRUCK ORDER FOR GMC 2025 SIERRA 1500 DENALI. HIS COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS ARE TERRIBLE. WE TALKED ABOUT THE ORDER I SENT HIM ON THE TRUCK. SOME THINGS WHERE MISSING ON THE 2025 SIERRA 1500 DENALI. HIS COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS ARE TERRIBLE. WE TALKED ABOUT THE ORDER I SENT HIM ON THE TRUCK. SOME THINGS WHERE MISSING ON THE ORDER LIKE CAT-BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM. HE SAID THAT HE DIDN'T REMEMBER. WELL I HAVE PRINTE OUT ON THE EXTRA ACCESSORIES FOR MY DENALI. THEN I CALL HIM ABOUT THE TRADE IN ON DEC 23, 2024. HE MENTION THAT I DIDN'T TELL HIM ABOUT THE TRADE IN ON MY TRUCK. I DID AND HE WOULD HAVE A ANSWER WITH A TEXT THE 24 DEC. I NEVER RECEIVED A TEXT FROM HIM ON THE TRUCK. SINCE WE FIRST TALKED ABOUT ORDERING THE NEW TRUCK, I WOULD MENTION ALWAYS ABOUT MY TRADE IN ON MY DENALI. HE IS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT. I really only have two complaints. 1st when I test drove the truck it had floor mats in the front and back. We did all of the paperwork in the evening, and I came back the next morning 1st when I test drove the truck it had floor mats in the front and back. We did all of the paperwork in the evening, and I came back the next morning to bring back my trade so I could unload everything at my home. When I picked up the new truck it no longer had floor mats in it and was instructed that I could go buy some in the service department if I wanted to. 2nd the truck had hard water spots all over it after I waited over 2.5 hours for it to get detailed. I was then instructed that they don't have the chemical in stock anymore that removes the water spots but if I wanted to bring it back up there another time, they would do a full detail for free for me. I live about 40 minutes away and who has time to come there and wait for another 2.5 hours for a detail. It just didn't feel too professional to me after I spend what I did for the truck. More
