Do not give this dealer any of your business. My boyfriend gave a bad review for recall work on our 2015 Fusion, where they list a part on our doir and in retaliation, they canceled a part that w My boyfriend gave a bad review for recall work on our 2015 Fusion, where they list a part on our doir and in retaliation, they canceled a part that was on order for my Taurus for warranty work. This warranty is now expired, and I am screwed to get it fixed. They do not care about their paying service customers. All they want is you to kiss their xxx when you buy a vehicle. This dealership has gone down hill since the son took over management. This was such a childish thing to do just because Ford Corp came down on the them about the review. I didn't do tge review, my boyfriend did. My Taurus is in my name only. This is hiw unprofessional they are. My boyfriend received an email from the GM that was addressed to me and said we were not welcome on their lot anymore. We were told by Wes that my camera part was canceled because of the review my boyfriend did. Again, I did not do it, and my Taurus is in my name only. Don't waste your time or money at this dealership. We were loyal customers for 10 years and you see how they treated us. More
