Dyan was great! She greeted me despite being in the middle of helping someone else (While others ignored me) and makes such a good first impression for the store. Do not let her go. The dealership gets a 2.5 to 3 stars. The new car was dead in our garage on Day 2 requiring us to call a tow truck. Imagine how much doubt we had about our purchase. The shock came when we were told. “Oh yeah. These cars have a software glitch and we needed to load updated software.” What! How can you let any new car leave your lot knowing it needs or may need corrected software. Shocking that the store would risk this. Service department isn’t the same either. (Our tired new car from the dealership). Too busy, can’t reach our advisor, no calls back, including to tell us the car was ready to pick up. More
