Hi there.. Thank you for stopping in and dropping a comment on my dealer rater. A little bit about myself.. I was born in San Jose California and moved to The Woodlands Texas when i was 3 years old. Ever since i have been in love with this community and the people that make it great here. I'm currently enrolled in college but will use my degree to grow in the car industry. When i'm not wearing work attire i am in boots or running shoes. I enjoy working out, mudding and fishing. I love going to work everyday and being better than i was yesterday. I work with a transparent group of individuals in my opinion the best in the nation. Its not everyday you buy a Mercedes-Benz, my job is to exceed your expectations and make dreams into reality. MBOTW hands down has the best service I ever received from a car dealership. I recently purchased my third vehicle from MBOTW mainly based on the fact that their service is so outstanding. I recommend purchasing the prepaid maintenance contract. Saves you a little money and there is no better place to take your vehicle for service. Additionally, In these times of low inventory on vehicles my sales person worked with me to find the best SUV for my needs and kept me up to date on its delivery. He called the moment it rolled off the truck. By afternoon I was on my way. Very efficient. Gave me a fair price for my trade-in as well. I highly recommend MBOTW. More

Sam Kraim is a super salesperson I. e. very knowledgeable on all aspects of the car . He is courteous, and mindful of what I (the customer) is looking for in a car. Just purchased my second SUV from MBOTW - the sales department is great, but it is the service department that keeps me coming back.
