David took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me explore my options without any pressure. David made sure I felt confident in every decision, almost like a friend who had my best interests at heart. David provided a detailed walk-through of the car's features, set up my phone, and programmed the settings based on my preferences. He even followed up after the sale to ensure I was satisfied and to answer any additional questions. I traded in my E450 which was not with me at the time, and David offered to pick it up from my home which is about an hour away from the dealership. As a mother to a newborn, this was the service I especially needed and appreciated. The financing process was also straightforward and seamless with Alhaj. I appreciated his upbeat attitude.
