The dealer initially does have a good job of attending customers when going in person and gives a lot of options when buying a vehicle, however it seems the follow up system for phone calls and messages a customers when going in person and gives a lot of options when buying a vehicle, however it seems the follow up system for phone calls and messages after you purchase a vehicle is very bad. I haven't had a single phone call returned since I purchased a vehicle there recently. A certified used vehicle doesn't get checked until after purchase and the purchaser pays for the certification. After picking up my vehicle a few weeks later I had a weak battery and no one in the sales or service department was able to tell me if the car battery was covered in the purchased warranty contract or certification. They would refer back and forth to go see the service department and then the service department would say to go to to your sales person. I left messages when I was transfered to the the other departments. The people there a friendly and courteous, however customers need an answer when they something resolved. More
