I recently moved here from Battle Creek Michigan but I'm born and raised in Lansing Michigan . My wife and I moved here to be close to our Children and 5 Grandchildren. I've been in the Automotive business for almost 14 years and love helping my customers with their car buying experience. I love sports and enjoy watching my grandkids play soccer ,baseball , basketball ,flag football and going to the dance recitals.I am a proud veteran and a proud member of the American legion and the American Legion Riders. I enjoy riding my Motorcycle and playing golf. Overall my experience was pleasant, even though this is not my 1st purchase it still is a big decision in my life. Its hard not to feel rushed through the process as this is an everyday thing with the deal not my 1st purchase it still is a big decision in my life. Its hard not to feel rushed through the process as this is an everyday thing with the dealerships. As a consumer, I felt a little uneasy to what was discussed during the initial consultation but it all worked out in the end. When purchasing used there are so many unknowns and even with a certified car especially with the warranty time was not reflected as discussed and I was told don't worry its in there which didn't set my mind at ease. Like I said it all worked out in the end my feedback is again overall everything went well, all things promised came to surface it was just a journey. More

The vehicle I was looking at was drastically misrepresented, mostly by the David, but also by the dealership putting a vehicle with the issues mine has, on the lot.
