I've only had 3 or 4 visits to Kuni BMW since purchasing my car, but I have been very impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service I have received each visit. David Fernando w my car, but I have been very impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service I have received each visit. David Fernando was my tech on this visit and he delivered the exact BMW customer service experience that all BMW customers hope to receive. David was my very first tech when I brought my vehicle in for service two years ago and I hope he will always be available for me! More

I’ve just picked up my vehicle from Kuni, and I am very happy with the repairs and care given to resolve the issues I previously raised. I went to Portland BMW downtown before this visit. Due to their horrible "customer service", I will never go there again and I appreciate the kind people at Kuni. My previous BMW center was in Mountain View, their horrible "customer service", I will never go there again and I appreciate the kind people at Kuni. My previous BMW center was in Mountain View, CA which I LOVED! I didn't expect the rude arrogant service from downtown Portland BMW. Thank you for your excellent customer service. More

This was my second service after warranty expiration. Great experience with David Fernando. Patiently explained what the calls outs were from the initial inspection.
