David Donals was very helpful and upfront, but I think the dealer could have given me a more reasonable deal for the car. They levy a “dealer fee” of more than $900 that seems essentially a fee for the ho the dealer could have given me a more reasonable deal for the car. I have encountered such dealer fees in many past car purchases and was either able to convince the management to drop the fee altogether or to bring it down. These guys wouldn’t bidge.. I realize this decision was out of Mr’. Donals’’ hands and feel he did his best to give me a fair price on the car. He also helped me solve a followup problem with the car’s wheels. Overall, I am happy with the car and the professionalism shown by Mr. Donals and the dealer’s finance department. More
