Finance bad (didn’t have everything together), waited two hours when told everything would be ready by the time we came back, people moody/snappy after 5 pm and made it hard for it to be exciting, had to com hours when told everything would be ready by the time we came back, people moody/snappy after 5 pm and made it hard for it to be exciting, had to come back two days later due to finance issues and they were apologetic but is still an inconvenience. I worked with Salesman Bryan Perez Duran. Who was so personable with assisting me in surprising my daughter with a new car. Her car was in need of an upgrade and this extremely professional S Who was so personable with assisting me in surprising my daughter with a new car. Her car was in need of an upgrade and this extremely professional Salesman aided in making her extremely happy. We picked a decoy car that she was test drove and was not very excited about but she understood this was a free car and welcomed. We went through all the paper and walked towards the car. We then surprised her with the exact car she admired when arrived but I told her that car was outside our budget and she understood. Bryan Perez Duran was a significant part of this surprise and a cherished memory for my daughter. More
