I have known Zach Ott for several years and I have the utmost trust in him. He had no idea I was planning to go for an Equinox and was very surprised to see me show up at the dealership. Zach knew how much I loved by Toyota Rav4 that I had ordered new and was looking to exceed my expectations, which he has clearly done! I have owned 2 Toyotas since 2004 and the last Chevrolet I owned was a 1976 Camaro. He asked what my priorities were and he steered me to the right vehicle that totally caught my attention. I had not planned to buy a vehicle that day, but after test driving it and my husband meeting up with me after I left work and giving me his approval, I drove out as the new owner of an Equinox!
