We visited at least 4 dealerships in the area & came away unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism & their lack of knowledge about the products they sell. When we visited City Ford in Columbia City, the 1st pe unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism & their lack of knowledge about the products they sell. When we visited City Ford in Columbia City, the 1st person we met was Cole. He was polite, professional, articulate, & knowledgeable about the particular vehicle we were looking for. And the dealership as a whole, everyone seemed professional & we appreciate that. As a business owner I understand the importance of quality product & good service. They were amazing, I drove from Missouri to pick up a Mustang. On the way up there got into an accident and they still took my trade and honored the deal, for this I’m thankful.
