Just want to let future customers know making appointments is a waste of your time. They are not honored by the store and the vehicle you drive an hour to purchase will be sold before you get the appointments is a waste of your time. They are not honored by the store and the vehicle you drive an hour to purchase will be sold before you get there. If you want to purchase a vehicle here just go don't make an appointment. I was very disappointed when I did the credit app and talked to a sales guy before even driving there only to find out when I got there it had just sold. Then when asking to speak to a manager he said it a first come first serve and appointments don't guarantee you anything. Really a shifty way to do business IMO but I guess when a place sells enough vehicles they don't care about any 1 person or 1 sale. More
