David and James were fantastic and I really want to thank the both of them. I was able to complete everything electronically with James and when I arrived everything was ready including a fully charged F150 the both of them. I was able to complete everything electronically with James and when I arrived everything was ready including a fully charged F150 Lightning. James spent time with me getting everything setup inside the Lightning. David went out of his way as a sales manager to explain everything and help me as a new EV owner. I drove over 2 hours and would do it again. Maplecrest Ford was the best car buying experience. Excellent dealership and very professional. Please visit them for your next purchase.
