It was so nice to view cars indoors with a good selection of cars to show us. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and well informed. David Colbert met me at the door upon arrival and was very thorough in showing me all of the car's features. I haven't owned a Mercedes in about 15 years. Once I decided to purchase, he expedited my tra very thorough in showing me all of the car's features. I haven't owned a Mercedes in about 15 years. Once I decided to purchase, he expedited my trade in and everything else while my loan paperwork was being processed. I absolutely hate it when the finance dept tries to bully me into extra purchases and coverages and Chad May 100% did not do this. Very refreshing to be able to buy the car I want with a helpful and respectful team. More
