We knew we wanted the vehicle when we returned and David started the process. It was painless as he was able to guide us through every step and kept us informed throughout the purchase. David was very professional, provided excellent customer service and was also very knowledgeable about the whole car purchase procedure. The rest of the purchase of the vehicle was pretty much the same as it was an easy and pleasant experience. All of the Lou Fusz employees knew their job and made the whole process run smooth and efficient. Ryan Powers helped us in completing the financial portion of the car purchase who also did an excellent job in providing good customer service as well as his knowledge of the process of his job. The car was spectacularly clean when we took a short drive in it and the vehicle was given another spritzing up before we got in to drive it off the Lou Fusz lot. This was the second car we have purchased within two days from Lou Fusz. Even though it was two different dealerships it was within the same Lou Fusz Automotive Network. The same excellent customer service and employee knowledge / performance was demonstrated across their Company. More

Best Dealership Ever! David was an awesome salesman! My husband and I are from Alabama, so we had to fly there. He picked us up from the airport! The only reason my husband chose to go that far was because David not only listened to his request, he DELIVERED and the price was unbeatable for a 3500 Denali HD! My husband requested accessories to be added to his truck prior to us picking it up, they did not have one part in their shop so David called around to other shops to get what he wanted. On top of that, everything was installed and the truck was ready when we arrived. More
