The dealership is undergoing a Major remodel and is very uncomfortable to visit. I trust it will be great once completed, but not great now. The chaotic conditions may be part of the reason the delivery of uncomfortable to visit. I trust it will be great once completed, but not great now. The chaotic conditions may be part of the reason the delivery of the vehicle was not smooth. The schedule of final delivery to us was not clear, and we were contacted 4 days prior to the original completion date, and told the vehicle was now ready. In pushing the final preparation of the car, they damaged the car, and the issue was not detected until many days later. Detected by us, not the dealer. A service appointment with a loaner was scheduled; the car was returned to the dealer for two days; and the repairs were made. More

Everyone I dealt with was very professional, polite and no one was pushy. Got a great deal on a great car and the whole experience was worlds better than you would expect when walking in to a car dealershi no one was pushy.
