I bought this car for 30k+ tax and licensing from Brian. I trusted Brian in the process as I FELT like this was a reputable car dealership. Now after reading other reviews, it’s obviously not. Now almost 8 months later, I have tried to refinance the vehicle and trade the vehicle in for an upgrade. And I have been unable to refinance OR trade in. Want to know why? Because the vehicle he sold me as a clean title, is ABSOLUTELY NOT. The vehicle is a TOTAL LOSS/TOTALED vehicle due to a major accident. Not only was it in THAT accident that totaled it, it was in ANOTHER minor accident. Thinking back, I now see the “fishyness”. When I asked Brian for the CarFax history and warranty info, he literally turned his computer screen away from me in their outdoor/indoor lobby and then simply printed off the carfax warranty information. At the time, I had good faith that he wouldn’t do what he actually did because I thought this was a legitimate car dealership. Which proves to be 100% the opposite due to this and MANY other reviews I have read. I have tried to refinance the vehicle. I cannot because of total loss title. I have tried to trade in, gotten a value of $12,999 because of total loss title 8 months and 6k miles after purchase with the vehicle only having 15,000 miles. When I paid $29,999+ tax and licensing 8 months ago. Along with all of this…I have noticed trim “glued back on and now falling off” and passenger doors that don’t open without force and “creaking”. The worst part is, I have tried to contact them on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. I have left MUTIPLE VOICEMAILS with absolutely no response. I have an attorney on this already… But it is just unfortunate. And it makes me really bummed, unfortunately. I was so happy with my purchase at the time. And I TRUSTED Brian. When come to find out, I was TOTALLY screwed over. Please see all proof attached in pictures. This dealership will scam you and sell you something ANY WAY THEY CAN. Even if it is fraudulent…. BE AWARE OF BOYKO MOTORS!!!! And honestly, all I want is this to be made right. Because all the proof is right here. More

I think this place robs you. I saw a car somewhere, when I went to test drive it they said it is now at Boyko. I called and asked about the car they had marked it up by $3000. Quick responses to my online inquiry about the car and all questions were answered promptly. We agreed on a price and funds were wired immediately. That’s where they eared the first star. After that, it’s been a complete and total nightmare dealing with this group. As of this post, I still don’t have tags or title. Typically they won’t respond within the same day as my email, call or text. Once I do reach them, there is always another step for them to complete the transaction. I don’t get the feeling I’m dealing with bad people, but rather poorly trained and mismanaged staff. Until the owner puts the time in to properly run a dealership selling exotics, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. The aggravation of dealing with this group is not worth it. If you do decide to buy, I would recommend adding hard dates and liquidated damages to the contract for not meeting them. More

I purchased a car from BOYKO MOTORS on 10/27/2022 and as of 4/19/2023, still do not have my license plates. In addition, they did not pay off my trade-in vehicle for almost 2 months so the credit score of m of 4/19/2023, still do not have my license plates. In addition, they did not pay off my trade-in vehicle for almost 2 months so the credit score of my wife and I dropped by 50 points and now there's a negative remark on our credit. With regard to the license plates, I have been in contact by both email and phone multiple times a month inquiring of a status and always get the same response of "We're working on it." The phone line voicemails are full so I can't leave a message when no one answers, which was the case every time I called unless I chose the sales option and then they would forward me to the full voicemail. David Boyko got involved via email on 3/18/2023 when I mentioned I would be filing complaints and again, still no plates and he has not answered any emails since 4/1//2023 when he sent the third temporary plate which I sent daily emails close to the expiration dates. With regard to the non-payment of the trade in, my bank (WECU) alerted me and I repeatedly tried to contact the dealership via email and phone. They finally mailed the check on 12/14/2022.
