All was wonderful until all was near complete; at that point out of the blue I was told my batter was low and would need replacing soon. He than asked if I wanted them to "pop in" a new one for $275. Mayb point out of the blue I was told my batter was low and would need replacing soon. He than asked if I wanted them to "pop in" a new one for $275. Maybe that is what a battery costs but I just wasn't ready to do that at the moment. Sure I am wrong but it almost seemed as if I was being marked because of my age. Still think your service is great. More

Alex took good care of me. He was very pleasant and explained things well. Service with a smile. My only reservation is that it took so long. As luck would have it, after picking up my vehicle and parking on the street, a neighbor hit my car and ruined my rear tire. David explained the multipoint inspection print out to me with regards to my tires. He took the time out and was very helpful. More
