This was the first time that I have gone to a dealership and was not mistreated or intimidated by a salesperson! I must say, after everything I went through at this dealership, I would recommend any one to and was not mistreated or intimidated by a salesperson! I must say, after everything I went through at this dealership, I would recommend any one to Classic to take care of your needs. I had bought a jeep cherokee limited and within 19 hours of owning it, the transmission went in it. I called the dealership and they sent a tow truck to me within 5 min., had me towed in and took care of me immediately. I was put in someone else's demo until they could figure out what was really wrong with my vehicle. After comtemplating with my husband about what happened, we decided to go back to the dealership and try to get a new car to replace the one I just bought because of the safety issues. I have to say, when I presented my case to David he gladly helped me get another vehicle that morning! I never felt intimidated, the service manager spoke with me and David also and everyone was so respectful and mindful to the situation and was willing to do anything and everything to help me. Thanks so much Classic Chevy for such a great experience even during a bad situation. More

I was considering buying a new 2011 silverado LTZ. I I was considering buying a new 2011 silverado LTZ. I began working with Randy in sales. He and David teamed up to try and find the exact truck I was I was considering buying a new 2011 silverado LTZ. I began working with Randy in sales. He and David teamed up to try and find the exact truck I was looking for. In the meantime a customer of mine stopped by and reccomended H and H in Omaha. So I gave them a call and they proceeded to make promises they couldn't keep. I found this out after wasting several hours putting a deal together on a truck they couldn't produce. Once they had my deposit the communication went right in the toilet. After a bit I re-contacted Randy and David. They had located a truck and delivered it as promised. The entire deal was worked out over the phone saving me valuable time, (H and h was not so consumer friendly) I would also like to add that Classic Blew H and H further out of the water by several thousand dollars with the trade in value and finance rate. More

I got a new truck in September from Classic and only had a few hundred miles on it When I got hit by a truck and was totaled out. After I was able to get around I went to Classic to buy again. John and David were great I think they felt sorry for me. And I think they did the best they could do To replace the truck that I lost. I felt like they were wanting to please me and my wife. Not just to sell a truck. My wife and I feel like if your looking for a truck or car give them a chance to help you. More
