Never has any Dealership gone out of their way to make a sale AND make absolutely sure the customer is completely satisfied as Brandon Honda does repeatedly. We are so excited about this purchase ( 21 Accord Hybrid Touring) to ease the pain at the pump and because my sales rep Alex Enrique is still very active at Brandon Honda as he was training David that day to do the hands on part as he is more administrator now. Alex took care of me beyond as promised and will get 1 more purchase from us for my wife in about a year and I’ll get to do another one of these glowing reviews. Just be honest with them and tell them, no, talk to them about what you want to do. The result will be well worth the time and money spent. Don’t forget to grab a snack at their Cafe that also has an impressive menu, very reasonable prices and excellent tasting food. Really, I can’t express enough, if you want a car, this is THE dealership you should be visiting. David was friendly and accommodating throughout the car-buying process. However, he did get pushy at times, bordering on aggressive. His sales manager, Mo, presented us with an opportunity to further evaluate the purchase of the car, by offering to let us take the car for an overnight test drive. This greatly helped us in our decision-making. His calm demeanor was appreciated. As far as additional fees, I don’t feel that the protection package should be mandatory to purchase if I do not wish to partake. I feel that maybe adding auto detailings several times per year in the package would make it more appealing to purchase. More
