I really like the XT5, and Mikeour salesman was very professional and curteous, pointing out the differences with each model. No pressure and straight forward with pricing and discounts. I dislike being charged a diagnostic fee in addition to having the recommended work performed. I thought diagnostic fees were only if you refused service. A 125 repair that probably would have been recomme having the recommended work performed. I thought diagnostic fees were only if you refused service.
