I have spent considerable time in the restaurant industry (1983-1997) and the fitness industry (1997-2019) before coming to the auto industry in 2018. I have been at Sam Pack's Five Ford since July 2019. I can say that us receiving D Magazine's "Best Places to Work" really is a reflection upon all of the happy clients we have and the team atmosphere we have here. It makes working for this company and for Trey Russell at this store nothing short of a blessing and a truly fantastic experience which people really notice when they are here whether for the first time or for the many times they have been here! I take pride in providing each client in out store with the absolute best car buying experience possible to ensure that they want to come back to us and send other folks to us.

2 weeks ago, David Baldovin assisted my husband and I with the purchase of our new Ford 150 truck. All of the details were pretty much worked out on Wednesday and we were able to finalize everything aft with the purchase of our new Ford 150 truck. All of the details were pretty much worked out on Wednesday and we were able to finalize everything after work on Friday. David kept us informed and updated throughout the process. In times where "Fair Market Adjustments" are prevalent and other dealers refuse to honor the Ford Partner Recognition Program, it was a simple choice to go with Sam Pack's Carrollton crew. Ordered in December 21, built in April 22, shipped and delivered in May 22. Pricing was honored as it was discussed back in Dec 21. Given the supply chain issues and unpredictable milestones throughout a special ordering process in these times, I was glad I returned as a second time buyer to them. Reuben/David: Thank you! More

Amazing experience from the time I walked in until I received the truck I ordered. David B answered all my questions, followed up weekly as promised, notified me of changes, etc. Finance dept was info received the truck I ordered.
