David Arakelyan, made the purchase of my first official own vehicle as painless as possible. There were a few hiccups along the way but when there’s a will there’s a way. I came in with a budget, interested in a 4 Door sedan and looking for a reliable vehicle with a good warranty umbrella. David allowed me to feel comfortable with leaving the dealership at the beginning of my purchasing process, and still holding the trade in value he originally appraised my vehicle at which was a determining factor when i did further research on other cars that peaked my interest. Even when David called me to inform me the vehicle i originally wanted was sold, he took the time to walk his whole lot in the freezing cold to go over my other options leading me to take a leap of faith and go with a BMW 2 series coupe which he allowed me to test drive. The test drive was amazing and even allowed me and my girlfriend to realize the practically of a coupe and not restrict my line of thinking to only a Sedan. Overall David’s the man, and I will make it a point of emphasis to come back to him for future car purchases. Hopefully it’ll be a M3 or a M5 in due time hahaha. More
