The staff at this dealership was fantastic, from our salesman (Ricardo) to the GM (Mr. Andrew), and I have no problem recommending them to my friends and family. Gr8 job gentlemen. So awesome we walked out purchasing not one but two vehicles. As an HR Professional this type of employee work environment can only be accomplished thru great leadership. Your service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. I wound up having to trade in a car with a blown up engine in it because Kia would not re dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. I wound up having to trade in a car with a blown up engine in it because Kia would not replace it and and it was still under warranty Now on the purchase side I dealt with Nena she was awesome. She answered every question tended to all my needs got me the vehicle I needed to put my daughter into and David. The manager got the payments right where they needed to be. I had no issues with them. They were both great. Nena was awesome. More
