I had a 7:15am appointment for a check engine light. I sat in the waiting room until 9:00 before anyone came to talk to me. A little after nine someone came to tell me that while they were reading the I sat in the waiting room until 9:00 before anyone came to talk to me. A little after nine someone came to tell me that while they were reading the codes, my battery died and all the codes were erased. I know very little about cars, but do know that reading codes does not take nearly 2 hours. I have been bring my car back to Honda on Grand since I bought it in 2005 and have always been pleased with service and staff. My last 3 visits have not met the standard of customer service I had been used to and I am seriously considering not returning. More

Great service and explanation of what work was needed. Scheduled oil change, waited almost 2 hrs for car to be done. Oil change was completed improperly, oil pan lug nut not properly tightened. Oil was leaking on driveway and garage floor. After adding a quart done. Oil change was completed improperly, oil pan lug nut not properly tightened. Oil was leaking on driveway and garage floor. After adding a quart of oil went back to Grand Honda to fix the oil change. Not happy with the service, from loyal customer that serviced vehicle there since new purchase. More
