The service manager did NOT answer my questions, sounded as a politician who doesn't answer the questions asked, and treated me rudely. My service was for a recall, so no explanation of the cost of the service was needed. Since this was a recall, I see no difference in the car's performance as it was working fine when I brought it in for the recall. More
