All staff people were easy to communicate with, and professional. A major reason why I'm a regular customer. The high quality of service provided is the other reason. The service manager did NOT answer my questions, sounded as a politician who doesn't answer the questions asked, and treated me rudely. He needs training on being an understanding person as he has a peopl as a politician who doesn't answer the questions asked, and treated me rudely. He needs training on being an understanding person as he has a people pleasing position. I do like your sales force. They are most polite and professional. My service was for a recall, so no explanation of the cost of the service was needed. Since this was a recall, I see no difference in the car's performance as it was working fine when I brought it in for the recall. More
