Great service, terrible in-store experience. The wifi is CONSTANTLY down and the in-store customer team could care less. This makes it incredibly difficult to get any work done while waiting f The wifi is CONSTANTLY down and the in-store customer team could care less. This makes it incredibly difficult to get any work done while waiting for your car. Additionally, their scheduling team needs help - I scheduled an appointment to wait and the scheduler put it in as a drop off. This created a lot of frustration and interrupted my working day. More

They took care of me in the end. All is forgiven. When I picked up my 2018 Sequoia, the 4Lo light was flashing but it was in 2-wheel-drive. The windshield was also cracked and the All is forgiven. When I picked up my 2018 Sequoia, the 4Lo light was flashing but it was in 2-wheel-drive. The windshield was also cracked and they had said they would fix this as they "take care of things safety related". Turns out the 4-wheel-drive issue was a failed transfer case actuator, an expensive repair. Sales initially told me they would not cover this repair, but the repair department went to bat for me stating they documented the issue before I picked up the car. It's 1 and1/2 months later and I picked up my Sequoia last night. The 4WD system and windshield were just fixed. What a relief! More

Disappointing and insulting. I presented with a request to diagnosis the problem and the reason for the “Maintenance Required” light to be on and was told I needed an oil change I presented with a request to diagnosis the problem and the reason for the “Maintenance Required” light to be on and was told I needed an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor did not listen to me say that I already had initial diagnosis done and the codes indicated a misfire and something maybe wrong with a harness. He insulted my intelligence and went to say the light comes on when oil change and tire rotation is needed. I have owned my truck for 16.5 years and I know it and know the mechanic that did the initial diagnosis. It did not need an oil change (2000 miles until that) and the light never came on for a tire rotation. You may ask why the mechanic that did the initial diagnosis not just do the work. He currently doesn’t have a shop to work in. Anyway… the lack of professionalism of this service advisor is unacceptable. My mechanic friend was able to speak with the manager and I didn’t have to pay for the diagnostic service. Nothing ended up needing repair. The free service is the reason for the two star rating instead of a one. I will not be returning to Corwin and cannot recommend Corwin to any friends nor family. More
