Jerry Pollock is absolutely the best! I will not buy another car from anyone but him. True, honest, and always present in my needs! He makes me feel comfortable and is very flexible and accommodating. I another car from anyone but him. True, honest, and always present in my needs! Excellent! I have purchased 3 cars at the dealership over the years. Everyone is friendly and professional! Jerry has been my salesperson. Great customer service! Purchase a used car from them a year and a half ago. A couple months ago I was rear ended. I took it to their collision center where the people there Purchase a used car from them a year and a half ago. A couple months ago I was rear ended. I took it to their collision center where the people there helped me through the process. Then a week ago I hit a deer on the highway. Again I took it to their collision center. My car ended up totaled but again they helped me through the process. Ended up buying another used care there after totaling the first one. I definitely will look towards them for future vehicles as well. More

Unprofessional Overall my time at the service center was very difficult, cumbersome, and time consuming. The last experience was particularly terrible. To begin, the Overall my time at the service center was very difficult, cumbersome, and time consuming. The last experience was particularly terrible. To begin, the repairs prior to this particular date took over two weeks-when I was told it would take one day. When I went to pick up the car, my middle console didn't work. After two weeks there was still an issue. When I went into speak to someone about resolving this issue, I wasn't greeted. I also had to deal with the attitude and lack of concern or compassionate from the receptionist. She was very indifferent to my concern and said the only option was to reschedule for a later date. Mind you this already took two weeks for other repairs. Nothing with that car should've been wrong additionally after having said car for over two weeks! This other employee chimed in and basically said I didn't need any of that stuff anyway. He affirmed I didn't need my radio or anything with that console anyway and I could use that time to "focus". I really don't see how this input was helpful. The comments and overall attitude was unprofessional and rude. I purchased my vehicle from Stuckey Ford in July of 2018 and have had a growing number of problems. Also, I don't feel comfortable returning to the service center. I borderline feel harassed. I also made a complaint with one of the managers and they have yet to get back to me. They said they will call. The collision center was great. Everyone at the collision center was awesome and kind. They even apologized for the delay in the repairs that took place over there. However, the service center is always a hassle and cluster to deal with. Overall I am disappointed. I don't like to complain, but I felt very mistreated as a customer and disrespected. More

Superior Salesmen - Outstanding Dealership! Due to a recent accident I had to replace my SUV. I had the good fortune to have Jerry Pollock as my saleman and he introduced me to my first Subaru Due to a recent accident I had to replace my SUV. I had the good fortune to have Jerry Pollock as my saleman and he introduced me to my first Subaru SUV. He and Nate Fama came up with a great price and I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Subaru Forester. We took a test drive and he pointed out all of the safety features and answered all of my questions. He even programmed my remote starter. I told Jerry that I was very glad to be part of the Subaru family. This is an outstanding dealership and it was a pleasure working with Jerry who will be the go-to person for my next Subaru. More
