I had my 2015 Yukon Denali towed in to GMC in Vienna. It started to sputter then just shut off. I paid $3200 to have the gaskets and rod replaced on the vehicle. I live in Woodbridge and barely made it hom started to sputter then just shut off. I paid $3200 to have the gaskets and rod replaced on the vehicle. I live in Woodbridge and barely made it home on the drive as I began to experience the same issues. I have complained about this four previous times as I have had to have the vehicle towed in several times before. I paid $84,000 for the vehicle in 2015 and I am walking today waiting on service center to return my call. The vehicle has not been repaired and I am currently out of $3200 with no response from the dealer. More

Awful - one star rating is too high I purchased a used BMW from this dealership. I was promised and given a pink "WE OWE" you document for a 2nd key. A month later they said it was "ma I purchased a used BMW from this dealership. I was promised and given a pink "WE OWE" you document for a 2nd key. A month later they said it was "mailed out". They claim that it was lost by the USPS. KOONS did not have a tracking number since it was not shipped by FedEX , UPS, or certified mail so I would have to sign for it. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a 2nd key that I was promised. I've had the car for less than 30 days and driven it for roughly 500 miles and had AC issues. I took it to a real legitimate dealership for repairs it will cost $1,400++ for parts and labor. I reached out to KOONS management which didn't reply right away. They dragged their feet hoping the problem would go away. When they did reply, they would NOT honor their 30 Day Used car warranty. They will argue and put blame on others just to get out of being held liable for any damages. I'm not sure why they even have paper work such as warranties and '"we owe" you documents since KOONS does NOT honor any of these. I warn any potential customers to stay away. They are NOT a customer first focused dealership. I will never do business with this group ever again and I will pass the word, to anyone looking for a vehicle. DON'T BUY KOONS! More

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! I've have worked with this dealership twice. I never should have given them a second chance! In 2014 I purchased a used GMC and was sold a complet I've have worked with this dealership twice. I never should have given them a second chance! In 2014 I purchased a used GMC and was sold a complete piece of junk! Every few months something significant was malfunctioning that needed immediate repair. In the two years I owned that car I put thousands of dollars into mechanical issues that were never disclosed and on a few items that NEVER should have been an issue on a two year old car!!! The last straw was when it stalled on me in the middle of a busy intersection. I researched vehicles and found one I wanted to replace it. Unfortunately it was located at this dealership. Reluctantly I went in to test drive it and got the standard run around with pricing, "let me check with my manager", etc. I told them I would be in the following day to pick up the vehicle, they told me they were "putting it on hold" for me and were getting it all washed up so it would be ready for me to pick up. When I called the next morning, they had sold the vehicle out from under me. Extremely disappointing and I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone in the future. If you want a great experience I suggest you visit the Joyce Koons GMC dealership in Manassas!! More

I found a used car on Auto Trader that this dealership was selling and so I called in to inquire about the car. Dave Sawyer answered the phone and right away he was a jerk. He just has that sleezy car s was selling and so I called in to inquire about the car. Dave Sawyer answered the phone and right away he was a jerk. He just has that sleezy car salesman thing going. Normally I would have just ended it right there but the car they were selling was exactly what I had been searching for and the first one I found that was in good condition with the options I want. After a few calls back and forth, Dave and I agreed to a deal on the car. Since I live in California I told Dave that I needed a few days to get out to VA and he said to just send him a copy of my plane ticket and my drivers license and he would hold the car for 3 days. I offered him a credit card deposit, but he replied saying that it wasn't necessary and then he gave me the typical sleezeball line about how they're a reputable business and that we have a deal and not to worry. So about 3 hours after that conversation on a Saturday afternoon I bought the plane ticket, booked a hotel and sent Dave via email the airline ticket and my ID as agreed. He replied back to my email saying that we were all set and confirming that he would hold the car. Then the next morning a different person called me and left a message saying that he understood I was 'interested in the car' but that it had been sold that morning. I placed several calls to Dave and to anyone else I could get on the phone including a very rude person who identified himself as the sales manager with the last name Ghorbani. They all just had bad attitudes and didn't seem to care at all that I was out over $2000 in travel expenses that I can't recover. THESE GUYS ARE BAD NEWS - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. THESE GUYS ARE THE DEFINITION OF SLEEZY CAR SALESMEN. More
