I have always loved Honda and their service, but lately they haven’t been as outstanding. When I pull in the garage for my service appointments, know one comes out to greet me very swiftly. I completely understand this when they’re busy, but this hasn’t always been the case. Also, someone used to call and go over the inspection with me verbally and explain the tire trends and what I will need to schedule for future preventative maintenance appointments; this is not happening.
