Buying experance This is the second truck I have purchased from interstate ford in two years. We made the deal with some stipulations that they would transfer my hitc This is the second truck I have purchased from interstate ford in two years. We made the deal with some stipulations that they would transfer my hitch from one truck to another. That is when this whole thing went south. this was all to happen on Monday after a Saturday purchase. Monday they told me they didn't have time. I said ok I had to get a window put in the back of my old truck so now it was going to be Tuesday. Got the window in but no hitch transfer. Wednesday got a call from my sales men and he told me the people were busy and they would get the truck over to the guy and have it done by Thursday. I said ok I will keep the rental car till they were done call me. At around 10:30 on Thursday the sales man called and said the hitch people said the hitch wouldn't work on a ford. This struck me kind of odd because it was coming off a ford. He told me I would have to call my camper place and talk to them. I did call the camper place and found all I needed was a n adapter plate to make the hitch work .When talking to the camper people they told me the salesman that called didn't even know if the new truck had a puck system or not.. than I got the managers involved and found out my hitch was still on my old truck and it was in Utah needless to say I am very disappointed on how they have handled this so far. More to follow if my hitch gets here today ( Friday . hoping to leave for a long weekend in the morning. More

Fast and accomidating service My check engine light came on my 2012 F350 and I had the vehicle sold. I dropped my vehicle off mid morning on Black Friday to have it checked out. I talked to Jeff and he told me that he would do his best to get the vehicle completed ASAP. I left the dealership and a couple hours later I was called stating my vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up! Awesome! While the above vehicle was getting serviced we test drove a 2017 Ford F350. I didn't have any intentions of buying from Interstate Ford. I had another Ford dealership I had used in the past that treated me very fairly and was quick but it is more than a 10 hour drive from Dacono. Dave Pogue was able to match the price of the other dealership and save me a drive. Dave was very accommodating to our needs and concerns. We had sold our vehicle to a private buyer and needed to wait for the funds and transaction to take place. We were able to put a deposit on the vehicle and Interstate Ford accommodated to our situation. Fast, friendly, and honest. Thank you and I look forward to returning in the future for service and sales. More
