3 plus weeks ago (10/25/2024) we bought a used 2023 Ford Explorer from this Dealer Ship and still have not received all of the ownership documents!!! We told them that we would not buy the vehicle with only Explorer from this Dealer Ship and still have not received all of the ownership documents!!! We told them that we would not buy the vehicle with only one key, they said no problem we’ll get a second key for you!!! And then a few days after we bought the vehicle we realized that the passenger seat warmer was not working!!!! I have tried to get help from the dealer even leaving messages with a human but nobody was calling back including the sales managers that I requested please to give me a call!!!!!! I finally got a hold of the dealer ship manager on 11/07/2024!!!! He called me back after 8PM on the 7th!!!! He assured me that he would check into these problems and get back to me to let me know how they were going resolve them!!!! Here we are 11/11/2024 and nothing!!!!! More
