Originally from Kentucky and now residing in Alabama, David spent fourteen years as a Sales Associate, six years as a Sales Manager, and one year as a Finance Manager before transitioning into his current role as General Sales Manager. David studied Accounting at Cumberland College, which has provided him with a strong foundation in business operations. Outside of work, he values family and church, keeping them at the center of his life. His favorite part of the job is helping others, whether it’s finding the right vehicle or guiding his team to success. I would never buy here again! When you buy online, you have to accept a certain level of risk. I tried to do my due diligence and ask all the questions and ask for all the photos. When you buy online, you have to accept a certain level of risk. I tried to do my due diligence and ask all the questions and ask for all the photos. Everything seemed up to par. But when I received my vehicle, there was a dent on the bumper that wasn't in any of the pictures that were sent. Well it happened during the transportation side of the deal. That's inconvenient but those things happen and I was willing to get things fixed and they seemed very helpful and willing to cover the cost because that's not the vehicle I purchased. I go and get a quote from the cheapest body shop I knew and passed along within a week of receiving the vehicle. Fast forward now 2 months and I have called every couple of days to push things along. I have called so many times!! and you know how many times I got a, "oh yea my manager isn't here but ill call you in the morning" responses I got?! Just for me to call a couple days later because I never got a call! I have wasted so many hours of my life on their mistake just for them to send a $300 check which will cover about 10% of the body work needed. Dave Moore basically through up his hands in the end and said sorry we suck and there is nothing I could do. Dave Moore was the main person I was in communication with and man if I ran my business like him, I wouldn't have anyone coming through my doors. This was the worst car buying experiences in my life! I am leaving a google review as well with pictures that you can check out. More
