I have purchased many cars throughout my lifetime, and this experience was by far the best. Typically, I approach car purchases with reluctance or even apprehension—it’s on my list of least favorite things to do. This time was completely different. From the moment I arrived, I felt valued as a person, not just another sale. The team’s attention to detail and care showed me that their priority was ensuring I drove away with the car that was perfect for me. A huge thank-you to Brooke Jessup-Labonte, who showed incredible patience and commitment throughout the process. When I decided to sell my old car through CarMax, Brooke took it upon himself to help me every step of the way—even driving my car through heavy traffic and staying until all the details were finalized. His kindness and problem-solving made what could have been a stressful day smooth and hassle-free. The entire team, including Dave Miller (Manager), Andreas Tsirikos (GM), and Michael Tuzzio (Manager), worked seamlessly together to make the experience not only easy but enjoyable. James was excellent to work with and made the process extremely efficient. I came all the way from New Jersey and we negotiated the price and everything through the phone and I basically came in to sign extremely efficient. What started out as a great experience, went terribly sour as time went on. The dealership was responsive in getting all of my questions answered in a timely fashion until after they made the sale, which sour as time went on. The dealership was responsive in getting all of my questions answered in a timely fashion until after they made the sale, which is where they dropped the ball. During the process, I was faced with a lot of back and forth frustrations and kurt interactions from the manager, Dave Miller, prior to James stepping in and helping (whom started out well). However, after the sale, the dealership (James included) completely delayed (by 21 days) submitting the paperwork needed to register my car and receive my title. Ultimately, lapsing my temporary plates, and refusing to do the legwork to get new ones reinstated. To add insult to injury, spreading inaccurate information regarding the DMV for my state needing additional insurance information (which the DMV confirmed was false). Til this date, they have yet to send the necessary paperwork needed to register my car, nor returned the fees they’ve collected to process the subsequent paperwork (that they never processed). They have purposely ignored phone calls and emails requesting documentation. This process shouldn’t be much of a headache. Unfortunately, the attorney general is now involved in the process due to their lack of diligence and slackness. If you’re content with getting gaslit, ignored, and penny pinched for services you won’t receive, this is the place for you! I see why you’re pressured to submit a review before leaving with your new vehicle. More

My salesperson, Benjamin Braskie, was incredibly helpful when I reached out to the Pre-Owned Lexus of Greenwich in Connecticut. I searched nationwide for a like-new pre-owned Lexus and finally found one with all the options I wanted in my preferred color and at a reasonable price. What stood out most was the respect and honesty I received from Benjamin. Unlike many used car dealers, he never pressured me into making a decision. He balances his work at the Lexus dealership with a career in the medical field, which highlights his commitment to helping others. Since I was calling from over 800 miles away, I requested that he involve his general manager in the deal. That’s when I had the pleasure of speaking with Dave Miller. He was a true gentleman—sincere and professional. He collaborated with me and Benjamin to finalize the deal, instilling enough confidence in me that I decided to purchase the car over the phone. Remarkably, Dave sold me the car without asking for any deposit. I picked it up two days later, and everything was exactly as advertised—no surprises. I highly recommend Darcars Lexus of Greenwich. You can buy used cars from them with complete peace of mind. More
