I purchased a vehicle from this dealership expecting it to be reliable, especially coming from a dealer. Within just a few weeks—and under 600 miles of driving—the car had a major mechanical failure that s to be reliable, especially coming from a dealer. Within just a few weeks—and under 600 miles of driving—the car had a major mechanical failure that should have been caught before it was ever put up for sale. It started with coolant slowly disappearing. After longer drives, I’d have to add a quart or two because it was clearly being burned or vaporized off. That quickly turned into a much bigger issue, which was later diagnosed as a serious internal engine problem. I had it diagnosed at another shop first, then reached out to the dealership multiple times trying to get help. Communication was extremely poor. I kept getting the runaround from both the service department and management, including Mario Quintanilla. When I finally brought the car back, it sat there for days before they confirmed the same issue. I was even told not to drive it because of how serious it was, and it’s been sitting at their shop since. I also spoke with Brennon Rivera in person to try to get this resolved. Even after acknowledging the problem, the only solution offered was splitting the repair cost—leaving me responsible for a major expense on a vehicle that failed almost immediately after purchase. On top of that, the sales side was just as bad. The listed price does not reflect what you actually end up paying. They add on excessive fees that aren’t clearly disclosed upfront and try to tack them on at the end of the deal. It feels misleading and makes the whole buying process come off as dishonest. I was never provided proof that a proper inspection was completed before the sale, even after asking multiple times. At this point, it’s hard not to feel like they’re selling vehicles without properly checking them. To make quick return Between the lack of communication, poor service, hidden fees, and no accountability, this has been a terrible experience. It feels like once the sale is done, they don’t stand behind what they sell. More

🍋🍋 I purchased a 2018 BMW X3 from this dealership on March 1st, expecting a reliable vehicle. Within just 2–3 weeks, the car developed a major mechanical failure that was diagnosed as a blown head gasket. We got the initial diagnosis from a separate shop, I made multiple attempts to contact the dealership, specifically service manager Mario Quintanilla. While the issue was eventually acknowledged, communication became inconsistent and difficult, with repeated delays and a lack of follow up. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership, where it remained for several days before they confirmed the same issue. I was also advised by Mario Quintanilla not to drive the vehicle due to the severity of the problem. Since then, the vehicle has been sitting at their shop. I also spoke with Brennon Rivera in person regarding a resolution. Despite acknowledging the issue, the dealership has only offered partial assistance with repair costs, including a cost split that would still leave me responsible for a significant expense on a vehicle that failed almost immediately after purchase. You would think that they’d honor the warranty and do the right thing. So you want me to pay to fix a car I had issues with less than a month of purchasing? Where’s the accountability? I was not provided with documentation showing that a proper inspection was completed prior to the sale and I have not received that information despite requesting it even in person. I made multiple efforts to resolve this situation directly, including in-person visits with both Mario Quintanilla and Brennon Rivera, but have not been offered a reasonable solution to them selling me a mechanically damaged vehicle. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, especially considering I relied on this vehicle and expected it to be in proper working condition when purchased from a dealership. I’m a new mom, I work really hard and I’m also a full time student. It’s been escalated legally and I highly advise not to work with these dishonest people. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from this dealership have the vehicle independently inspected before purchase because they are out here scamming people and selling lemons. They never take accountability and have automated review responses, these people don’t care about you, just what they can take from you. More

DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. This dealership has my car and now I am in a nightmare situation. I purchased a car last week using a trade-in that was involved in an accident. I to This dealership has my car and now I am in a nightmare situation. I purchased a car last week using a trade-in that was involved in an accident. I told them of the damage on my car, and it was also on my carfax. For 2 hours the had my keys to do an appraisal, and I know for a fact they drove it. They gave me an offer, and we agreed on the trade-in for another used vehicle they had on their lot. We signed and I drove the new car home. 2 days later, the sales manager Craig texted me to come back in because the bank needed signatures/picture of the vin. I called the bank who told me this was false and that they already paid the dealership. I went aways to see what the issue was, and they proceeded to take my key for the vin verification and parked the new car into the garage. It turns out it was all a lie, and they threw me into a room and accused me that I hid the damage of my vehicle, which is ridiculous because we told the salesman up front about the accident and half the car isn't even painted! It couldn't be more obviously damaged. They tried to pressure me to cancel the sale. Calls to the general manager were not returned. I am now paying for two auto loans, and I have no car as they have both the trade and the new car. I will be reporting this to every agency I can, this is insane. PLEASE DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A CAR HERE! I beg you to avoid any dealings with them. They have lied to me at every turn. I purchased the vehicle on Wednesday. These are the texts they used to lure me back two days later to take the new car. More
