Dave Heath (Sales) is great! I've gone to him several times. He's not pushy and makes you feel like you're not totally getting scammed. I'm a little disappointed in FORD. It's a brand new vehicle and I already had to take it in for warranty work, at 155 total miles (Lane Departure Sensor), which was on MY TIME.
