The only issue to report is that during my initial test drive I noted some warping in the brakes, the service manager said it was likely due to “lot rot” and would wear off after some driving. The issue has persisted after a couple months of driving the truck. I have reached out to Jacob via email a couple times to see if Lenz would be willing to turn the rotors or address the issue for me in any way, but I have not heard back from Jacob. More

Felt like we were more of an inconvenience than a customer. Salesman spoke entirely to fast. Waited over 30mins to speak with financing. Purchased a dirty vehicle on an empty gas tank. Salesman did put enough fuel in it for my wife to drive home in the snowstorm, so that was good! Zero negotiating with me even after I pointed out scratches and heavy chips he didn’t even know about. His answer was always “that’s factored into the price!” Now I’m out another $800 to fix the hood. My bank called me to tell me after the purchase that we actually qualify for a lower interest rate that was assigned due to being an existing customer. But I did like Dave’s flashy Rolex. I work as a Union Contractor with hundreds of coworkers, they told me Not to purchase from Lenz, they were right. Lesson learned. More
