Absolute worse dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a brand new 2020 tuscon and within a year I started having issues with the starter. Beyond disorganized and I will never purchase from Hyundai again and would suggest everyone stay away from them. More

RIP OFF On August 24th purchased a vehicle. The price was not a fair price. I went back on 8/26 showing that another dealer had the same identical car for a On August 24th purchased a vehicle. The price was not a fair price. I went back on 8/26 showing that another dealer had the same identical car for almost $2k less. Shawn honored and we resigned a new contract. When I got my first statement from the lender the original contract price was on the statement. I called bank and thought it might take a few days for the new contract to be established in their system. After many call and a couple of visits both bank and dealer said it could not be corrected. How can it not be corrected when I have a signed contract. I have a signed contract that is not being honored. I will need to hire my attorney. More
