Hello Patricia. Thank you for leaving us another review. As we discussed previously, we stand behind all of our work and there is a warranty that is included to cover all work we perform. We asked to have your vehicle returned so we could inspect your concern. If the clunking is related to the fluid leak we corrected, we would warranty the repair. If it is not related then you would be responsible for the technicians time to inspect your vehicle. You declined to bring your vehicle in for a Nissan Master Technician to inspect. Missing lug nut from previous rotation, disingenuous service manager Dave Finco, told 2 different stories about tire damage, and incredibly disappointing service visit. To top it off I was so upset I stopped in the next day to tell my story to office manager David and was told he'd look into it and get back to me It's Feb 5 and I've heard nothing. Every one has a bad day or deserves a mulligan, but this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional especially on the part of Dave Finco service manager. Beyond disappointing.

Hello Kevin. We understand the missing lug nut is our fault and installed a new one at no charge. During your visit we completed a multi-point inspection we found the right front tire pressure lower than the other tires. During further inspection your technician found a wire had punctured your right front tire in a spot that is not recommended to be repaired. We rotated your tires as requested which moved the damaged tire to the rear. Therefore, if the tire goes flat during driving, it does not affect the steering and the driver can safely navigate to the side of the road. We also cut the wire to a shorter length to avoid the wire from hitting anything and being removed from the tire unintentionally. The recommended solution to the damaged tire is a new set of tires. It was discussed during your visit that if you approve a new set of tires there would be no charge for a tire rotation. Due to your frustration, we did not charge you for a tire rotation and did not install a new set of tires. We also provided you a video showing you of the damage to the tire. We do this so you have documentation and video evidence of what is going on. We understand you were frustrated you were not informed of the damaged tire and walked out to see your vehicle prior to the tire rotation, but we hope you understand we try to keep the service visit moving to avoid delays to anyone’s schedule.
