It took 2 hours to complete minor maintenance and a recall repair - I was told it would take no more than an hour. More importantly, when I was called by the dealer, I was told that I just needed to recall repair - I was told it would take no more than an hour. More importantly, when I was called by the dealer, I was told that I just needed to come in for the 15,000 mile regular maintenance- but when I got there it turned out there was a recall to be done- and they were going to charge me $750 for some really basic maintenance that I had already been performing myself (replacing windshield wipers and windshield fluid, for example). It felt like they didn't really want to perform the recall for free and we're looking for ways to make money off me. Frustrating. More

They seemed fine. Friendly enough and didn't seem pressured. Took care of charging my car and getting it ready. Everything was pretty simple. Make sure to follow up with your sales person on the details. Still waiting to hear back on that... Oh, wait, I bought a car there because the one I brought for service was unable to be fixed due to the GM strike. That was August 15th...still waiting for any word. More
