This is the second time we've used this dealer and another light was on within 24 hours. They had my car for 2 weeks and when I called to fix the new break were not able to get me in for another 2 we another light was on within 24 hours. They had my car for 2 weeks and when I called to fix the new break were not able to get me in for another 2 weeks!! Nothing but headaches. More

My only issues with the service department is the roll-n-lock cover they installed still doesn't work correctly after 3 warranty visits. Each time I'm told I'm told something different as to what the roll-n-lock cover they installed still doesn't work correctly after 3 warranty visits. Each time I'm told I'm told something different as to what the problem is. I've come to the conclusion that they're just buying there time with me. Once the cover is out of warranty I'm sure they'll tell me to pound sand and it's no longer their problem. I've had no issues with regular service on my new truck. More

Had an appointment at 10:30 for an oil change. Arrived at 10:15. Service manager Dave was very nice. Told me oil change would be an hour. I left there at 12:45. No way an oil change should take 2 Arrived at 10:15. Service manager Dave was very nice. Told me oil change would be an hour. I left there at 12:45. No way an oil change should take 2 hours plus. I’ve done oil changes myself and they take about 1/2 hour tops. Why have an appointment if it’s going to be 2 and 1/2 hours? Very disappointing More
