I waited three hours for an oil change, and to have two recalls fixed. While waiting I spoke to Israel about the letter we received about terminating are lease early and getting into a newer car. We made a recalls fixed. While waiting I spoke to Israel about the letter we received about terminating are lease early and getting into a newer car. We made an appointment for Saturday I received a letter in the mail from them saying my lease could be terminated early and they would put me in a newer car for the same payment or close. Unfortunately when we were there they were figuring we were trying to buy a new car, even though we brought the letter with us ! Which clearly stated we were leasing. So we got up and left after wasting an hour of our time. We will go to another Kia dealer an try and make a deal! More
