I am very comfortable going to this dealership. There is a closer dealership to me, but I really prefer making the 15 mile trip to Vision Hyundai in Webster NY. The service team is top notch. Excellent service, pleasant atmosphere. My only minor complaint was that they topped off fluids w/o informing me prior. I use a certain type windshield washer fluid and they topped it off w/the standard blue type (which I find to be inferior). I feel that it should be pointed out when the car is dropped off (I only noticed when looking over the bill, questioning a small extra charge for cleaning fluids). When I mentioned it, was told “we just do it to all cars brought in. You have to let us know not to do that.”. Had no idea they would do it so how could I say not to. Now know, but again feel that I should been made aware of it beforehand. More

Feel I was taken advantage of. Came in for oil change and NYS inspection. Was told should have fuel induction service, cost $200. Once car up on lift they told me I needed tire ro Came in for oil change and NYS inspection. Was told should have fuel induction service, cost $200. Once car up on lift they told me I needed tire rotation and alignment, cost $160. Figured they knew their business, so I agreed to these things. Looked up fuel induction service once I got home. This service not listed in recommendation service maintenance. Not usually needed until 30,000-50,000 miles, or unless car running rough. Yes, car is 5 years old, but less than 12,000 miles, runs fine. They never once asked how the car was running. This was definitely a case of dealer adding unnecessary service to make more money. Makes me wonder if alignment was really needed.........In the future I'll be going to local mechanic that I know personally and trust not to take advantage of me because we live in the same town. Gave Service Manager 3 stars because I had been cold called by sales department the day before my service appointment wanting me to take a test drive rather than wait for my service and the guy would not accept "NO" for my answer. I had to tell him "NO" multiple times. Service manager apologized, said they don't cold call customers, and addressed that issue with the Sales Department. This guy had actually had cold called me! Then while waiting I was called by some one in the Acquisitions Department who said he was in the Webster location. I asked several times if he was actually at the Webster location and I told him if he was in the building to come talk to me in person in the waiting room. No one showed up. When I asked Dave, he told me there is no one at their location by the name of Maleek, had to be someone from their main head quarters. Apparently this survey won't be accepted unless I check either Sales (new) or Sales (used) as Reason For Visit. That's stupid as I came in for service, not Sales. I will check "used" so I can submit the survey More
