This place is horrible they are all liars and thieves please go some where else our car broke down twice in first month second time they kept it a month 4 months after we got the car back they didn't pay please go some where else our car broke down twice in first month second time they kept it a month 4 months after we got the car back they didn't pay the rental car company so they stole 270 dollars from my bank account liberty just keeps lying for 2 weeks now still don't have my money More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Liberty Ford Parma Hts is ineffectual and incompetent. It was unable to complete a warranty repair correctly, yet lied and claimed it was complete. Th Liberty Ford Parma Hts is ineffectual and incompetent. It was unable to complete a warranty repair correctly, yet lied and claimed it was complete. They billed Ford for the repair and have never once responded to all of my calls and emails requesting repair completion of the AIRBAGS. The people who I called were the Service Manager and General Manager. They won't even call you back! Do not go to Liberty Ford Parma Hts, members of the general public! You will be ripped off and will not receive good service! BEWARE!!!! WARNING!!!! More

Back and forth I have been to this dealer over 10 times in the last month. They can't figure out the o2 sensor on the 14 focus. I bought a new oxygen sensor and put I have been to this dealer over 10 times in the last month. They can't figure out the o2 sensor on the 14 focus. I bought a new oxygen sensor and put in myself. After I put it in the light was still on. They said it had to be a factory ford sensor. Put that one in and light was still on. Brought it back to ford and they said the wires had been rubbing and ripped that was the problem. For $350 dollars they repaired it. Drove away thinking everything was ok. Then the check engine light came back on. After that they finally gave me a rental. They finally fixed everything after having a rental for 4 days(they redid the wireing for no extra charge). I drove my car home and find a screw and washer in my tire. So while I'm sitting here again I'm writing this review. More

Great experience with Carlos melendez. This is my second new car I buy from Liberty ford, and I will comeback again in the future, Carlos Melendez was very helpful, always gave us the freed This is my second new car I buy from Liberty ford, and I will comeback again in the future, Carlos Melendez was very helpful, always gave us the freedom to decide what was best for us, without any pressure. The fact he is bilingual (Spanish/English) made our experience even better. Liberty ford should promote Carlos to the large Latino population in Cleveland. Also I want to dedicate a few words to the Service department, Nicole and Dave provide an absolutely wonderful service, and I can say that the main reason for us to stay with liberty ford Parma Heights, is because of the excellent service department. More
